Rumors are all that is known about this city and the occasional story from some escapee who was enslaved there. The genetically altered humans come from Ja El Rain. There is a slave trade in the city told about people those who have managed to escape.

In the south people know about the Gahs and consider them one of the monsters. The Gahs are altered in ways that make them more like beasts and they believe they are superior to any race. They often come to the south to kidnap and rob people for the proliferation of their city.

Monsters and the races that are enslaved by the Gah are often traded to the Moloch worshipers of Molaroth. The Moloch worshipers sacrifice the slaves to appease their god. Ja El Rain is a very barbaric city with row housing and bazaars everywhere.

The less aggressive Gahs have been known to visit Outcast Oasis.
